Four studios, rooms of 25 sm. (Class A'/ Keys 2)
The rooms are all sun-bathed, with air conditioning and heating, TV, fully
equipped kitchen, private bathroom, comfortable and pleasant
areas.
Also we provide parking for your car and your boat, barbeque, kiosk for cool
evenings...
The children play safely in the yard.
In small distance there are super markets, restaurants and taverns, cafeterias
and anything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

May & October: 35 euro/ per day
June & September: 45 euro/ per day
July & August: 65 euro/ per day
For an extra bed plus: 5 euro/ per day
Remarks:
In the above rates a Community or Municipal Tax and VAT is included.
Check out time 12:00 noon. Clients occupying the room till18:00 are
charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.
Only special occasions will reverse the above.
Cancelation of reservation: 21 days prior to arrival full
refund, otherwise a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the
reservation.
