Remarks:
In the above rates a Community or Municipal Tax and VAT is included.
Check out time 12:00 noon. Clients occupying the room till18:00 are
charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.
Only special occasions will reverse the above.
Cancelation of reservation: 21 days prior to arrival full
refund, otherwise a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the
reservation.
